Ziel dieses Trainings ist es, dich darauf vorzubereiten, hochwertige und interaktive Online-Trainings durchzuführen, indem du sowohl deine pädagogisch-didaktischen Fähigkeiten als auch dein technisches Know-how entwickelst.

This training will give you a deeper understanding of the topic of knowledge transfer.
Inhalt
I help you to get active. You work directly on your own project and integrate it efficiently and easily into your daily work routine.
Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir die theoretische Grundlage für ein belastbares Fundament des Trainings. Dabei schauen wir uns u. a. den Unterschied zwischen Information und Wissen (Wissenstreppe Prof. Dr. Klaus North) an, lernen was explizites und implizites Wissen (Michael Polanyi) ist und was das Eisbergmodell damit zu tun hat.
Als nächstes erarbeiten wir uns den Wissenstransferprozess. Du erstellst Ausschnitte deiner persönlichen Wissenslandkarte, lernst transferrelevante Wissensaspekte zu identifizieren und den Wissenstransfer zu planen. Außerdem erprobst du die gängigsten Transfermethoden passend zu deinen Wissenstransferaspekten.
In general, the focus is on interaction between the participants and independent implementation in order to achieve sustainable learning results.

Next, we work on the use of methods and media as well as visualisation options.
You will also learn what makes a good online moderation and what you need to look out for in digital interaction.
At the end, you present an excerpt from your online training and can show what you have learnt.
