It is important to me to provide you with a theoretical basis that forms the foundation for the lecture. Among other things, I will explain the difference between information and knowledge (knowledge staircase Prof. Dr. Klaus North), what explicit and implicit knowledge is (Michael Polanyi) and show you the iceberg model.
Next, we will look together at the specific knowledge transfer process: From collecting, prioritizing and planning to transferring the knowledge. I will explain the role of a knowledge map and the knowledge transfer plan. Finally, I will give you some important knowledge transfer methods that you can integrate efficiently and easily into your daily work routine.
